![]() By floor 4 try to designate 1 gun as your "boss gun". Personally a fan of the hunter/convict of the 4 main characters. Luck is luck here though.Ĭlear rooms with your starter pistol. Try and stack as many passives as possible. 1 will be a gun, 1 chest will be a passive/use item. ![]() Next would be offensive items, firstly the xxx booze jug (sorry, forgot the name) since it doubles your dps, then its sort of up in the air for me then. Anything that improves survivability (lead skin, that star-plushie thing, corporeal ring, elder blank, etc.) is a high priority (funny thing is you can get lead skin from a brown chest, so sometimes i'll use a key on it if i'm feeling lucky). Again, this is drop dependent, but I'll try to save gold throughout the game so i can buy a strong active from the NPC's. Getting a strong active item is important, for me at least. this depends heavily on what kind of drops you've been getting throughout the game, but i find that the blacksmith usually has an item or two that can give me that extra edge. *Sometimes* i'll try to save up a lot of gold for the 5th chamber (~110) so i can buy a strong passive at the blacksmith. since 6th chamber has no shops or chests, you've got to get there loaded How much health do you typically have by the time you get there? I used to do poorly against dragon, but i did several boss rushes to get really comfortable with him (and the other bosses) so i can have a high health reserve. 6th chamber *can* be easier if you can waste your enemies quickly 6th chamber was really rough for me, but it became a little easier when i learned you have to be really conservative with your guns throughout the game so you can use them there.
